Looks like I seen a little blood under both locations in Cinnaminson and then had to run up to Willingboro to get an x-ray but I did notice they were blood underneath both of the examining room beds. Also, the doorhandles leading to the examination rooms going out were a little dirty, I clean for a living so I noticed things like this

My son had soreness in his left. Live close to the Urgent Care so I went online to schedule an appt. The check in online was easy and smooth. When we got to the office we were greeted in the lobby. Waited maybe 5 min. Saw the doctor. She was great. He was diagnosed with an ear infection. I can’t say enough how pleased I was with the visit. I will definitely be coming again if needed. Thank you.

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

Made an appointment for 12:00 pm. I arrived 20 minutes early and was told they were running late by 45 minutes. Not a big deal since I’ve experienced this before.

Easy to schedule, they had a same day appt and I was able to book right at 9 am, staff and PA were SO nice, PA was informative and friendly, with great bedside manner and advice. My only opportunity area for this Urgent Care would be to reduce the wait time. It took 40 minutes before I even saw the PA from when I arrived with the 9 am appt. And all together I was there 1 hour and 30 minutes. PA was new and learning the ropes and computer systems, but this waiting time (with an appt) should look to be shortened in the future.

Just learned they preformed a pregnancy test on me without my knowledge or consent nor did they tell me the results of this test.I was made aware on my insurance EOB from them billing my insurance company for it.Absolutely unethical to be preforming tests without any knowledge or consent.

The doctor was wonderful- very thorough and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the nurse’s bedside manner was much to be desired- abrupt and quick and just wasn’t pleasant.

Woke up this morning with pink eye in both eyes. Called my doctor's office first and felt verbally abused by the person on the phone, telling me I can't come in the office because I'm contagious. The person who called back told me I had to wait till 4 pm for the doctor to call back. I went on line and made the appointment in a few minutes. What a difference. The girl who came out and got me was so pleasant and the doctor was great. Will definitely go back and highly recommend them.
