Amex Fan Experiences
American Express hosts American Express Fan Experiences at select music festivals and sporting events. In 2024, Fan Experiences are available at Coachella music festival, US Open golf, WNBA All-Star games, Wimbledon, British Summer Time music festival, All Points East music festival, US Open tennis, Austin City Limits music festival, and select F1 races taking place in the Americas. The music festivals and sporting events at which Fan Experiences are hosted are subject to change year-over-year, including Card Member eligibility and terms. American Express Card Members who have a valid ticket to an applicable event can visit the Fan Experience by presenting an American Express Card in their name (American Express Prepaid Cards are not eligible). The number of Card Member guests permitted may vary by event. Capacity limitations apply. Additional rules and terms may apply by event. Lounge or Club Access
Lounge or Club access is available to eligible American Express® Card Members at select events and venues. See the event or venue specific terms for additional information including Card eligibility restrictions, capacity limitations, and guest policies. Access is provided on a first come, first serve basis. American Express does not guarantee every eligible Card Member will be able to receive access. Attendees who appear unruly, disruptive, or visibly intoxicated may be refused service and may be ejected from the American Express Lounge, at the sole discretion of the event organizers.
American Express Shops
American Express shops are checkout-free/contactless shops available to American Express Card Members at US Open tennis and select venues (currently, the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York and the Delta Center in Salt Lake City, Utah). An American Express Card is required for entry and to make purchases in the American Express Shops (pre-paid American Express Cards are not eligible). Capacity limitations apply. American Express Shops may not be available for all events at a venue; hours of availability may vary and are subject to change. American Express does not operate American Express Shops. American Express Shops are operated by third party concessionaires selected by the venue; that third party concessionaire is the merchant of record on all purchases at that American Express Shop. Jersey Assurance Terms and Conditions
If you purchase any jersey onwww.store.nba.comthat is embellished with the name of a currently active professional player (each an "Original Jersey") that is identified as being covered by our Jersey Assurance Plan at the time ordered ("Covered Jersey") and the player whose name and number appears on the Original Jersey is officially traded, changes numbers, or signs with a new team as a free agent ("Prior Team Jersey") within ninety (90) days after your Covered Jersey was purchased, then you may request an in-stock replacement jersey that is embellished with (A) the same player's name on a jersey from the new team in exchange for a returned Prior Team Jersey, or (B) the name of a different, current player on the Original Jersey's team in exchange for a Prior Team Jersey (each of (A) and (B), a "Replacement Jersey"), in each case subject to all of the following terms and conditions ("Offer"), including the need to return the Covered Jersey to us.
Concession Discount
