What perks do you get with a haven room on ncl? ›

Not only will you have access to all the ship has to offer, you'll enjoy the personal service of a concierge and 24-hour butler throughout your entire stay. On top of that, complete privacy and tranquility are just steps away on a sundeck reserved exclusively for guests of The Haven.

Cruise fare for a room in The Haven varies by cabin category, length of cruise and destination. Expect to pay an average of $3,000 per person for a weeklong sailing in one of The Haven suites. Another rule of thumb: you'll pay between twice to eight or ten times as much for a Haven room as a regular cabin.

Are drinks free in The Haven on NCL? Guests staying at The Haven have the Premium Beverages package included as part of their cruise fare. With this package, you can enjoy unlimited beers, wines and spirits, co*cktails, soft drinks and bottled water.

Deluxe Spa Suite with Balcony

Norwegian Cruise Line - Norwegian Cruise Line has introduced an enhanced room service menu which has a wider variety of options available 24 hours. Complimentary items on the menu are available with a convenience charge of up to $9.95 added per order. Guests in suites and The Haven have free room serivce.

The Haven Sundeck is reserved exclusively for guests staying in one of The Haven suites. The Vibe Beach Club is open to everyone. However, it requires a pass to enter. Vibe Beach Club is available on select Norwegian ships, with a limited number of passes sold for each sailing.

Haven guests can entertain their non-Haven friends/family in suite (even sleep-overs :D) as much as they want. When bringing guests into the Haven complex, non-Haven guests must go straight to the room and not "hang out" in the lounge, bar, etc.

While you should not feel obligated to offer a gratuity, all of our staff are encouraged to "go the extra mile," so they are permitted to accept cash gratuities for exceptional or outstanding service if you care to offer them.

The Haven – Inclusions and Exclusions

First, gratuities were extra and was $25 per person per day in The Haven, but that did not cover gratuities for butlers, the concierge and (although it didn't affect me) the youth team.

I was just off the Encore yesterday and in the Haven area you can have all the Starbucks, espresso, cappuccino and lattes you want at no charge. We thought that too at first, and you find small ways to utilize their services without feeling like you're being waited on and pampered.

Shorts/t-shirt are fine for any meal in the Haven. Some people dress "smart casual" but "cruise casual" is fine. Dress cruise casual anytime during the day, in the buffet and in most specialty restaurants. For women, it includes summer and casual dresses, skirts, regular or capri pants, shorts, jeans and tops.

Embarkation time is when you should arrive at the cruise terminal. We ask that you please do not arrive any earlier than one hour prior to the embarkation time noted in your eDocs, because security regulations might prohibit early entrance.

On a Haven Hideaway, you'll still get your comfortable accommodation base and access to food and drink facilities and our arcades, outdoor play areas and indoor soft play (selected parks).

We could meet a Concierge 45 minutes before the shows and be escorted to the theatre, past any lines and shown to dedicated Haven seating. In all ports they would escort Haven guests to jump the lines and get off the ship to go explore. They also escorted us off at disembarkation at any time we wanted.
