Ch 128: The spinning room

Light shines through the window, a palish stream touching my face as I blink my eyes open and suddenly my body is hyper aware, it's the feeling of eyes women feel whenever we go outside, the sixth sense telling me someone is watching, I crane my neck, my body feeling numb and cold and a pair of grey eyes collide with mine, a relief flows through my heart before it gets squashed down as the figure comes into the light.
A gasp tears from my throat as I see the cold smile on his impeccable face and the shine of his white straight teeth, a mirror image of his son.
"I see you're up daughter-in-law."
My jaw tightens as I clench my teeth.
"You look just like her, same blue eyes, same porcelain skin and pink rosy lips, her petite frame," his perusal continues as he looks up and down my naked body. bile rises my throat as Ace's dad continues, "small full breasts, slender legs and curves that go on for days." 
My chin quiver involuntarily as he tsks.

"Now my son really fooled us all with his doting husband act, didn't he? You have been here for just four days and he has already moved on... well I mean, he did try and all to find you, but then nothing. Fair since nobody knows where you are but I mean his sidepieces got a call a lot sooner than it was expected." He says circling around me. The thought of Ace with anyone else makes the pit in my stomach grow deeper. The hurt flares again as I follow him with my eyes.
"Do you know how happy I would have kept her hmmm? How nicely I would have kept her? But no, she had to run, run away with your dead beat dad." He says neutrally standing in front of me. he releases a sigh before crouching down in front of me.
"I had to kill them Little Terror," he says softly as his finger comes down on my face and I flinch involuntarily, a chuckle escapes him as if I amused him somehow, "I want to kill you." He says as a matter of fact while tucking my hair behind my ear, "I want to throttle you and watch as the light dies in your eyes but I want to hurt you and my son more... he was always a quiet kid you know, so rageous, so damn smart that I used to be proud of him sometimes, the first time he killed his mother," he releases a breathe with a smile as if it's a good memory and not his son's worst nightmare, "well that whore had it coming but still, the second he pulled the trigger, I was both elated and proud, his hand didn't waiver but the reason he pulled the trigger was to free his mother, at least something good came out of it, but then he became... dead... just like me, I asked him to do things and he would get it done without any questions until you came along, then my boy changed, he became more than the cold killer I raised him as, he started to fucking feel, hours he would disappear without any notice, he became a liability. Always watching you, I was busy you see to focus on it at that time because I had finally found you and Ronan well I had to use that dead beat somewhere, so I concocted a plan, a tiny blip though was my men getting involved with you, you see, I thought you were dead for fifteen years, so imagine my surprise when I tumbled upon you with a face so similar to her." He says standing up.
"What do you mean fifteen years?" I ask, my heart and head are swimming and the questions get raked upon each other. He smiles like a Cheshire cat at that question as if he wanted me to ask about it.
"Since the day I got your birth parents killed." He says with a smile on his face. My heart drops into my stomach as orange flames cover my eyes, the smell of black soot as smoke entered my lungs burning my stomach and throat.
"Do you remember the orphanage which blew up Katherine?" he asks curiously, I just stare at him.
"Well I lit that building up, I honestly thought you had died, I even had all the bodies to say so, so the question is who helped you, it wasn't by coincidence that I wasn't able to find you first for several years after your parent's death... your name had been changed but still... everything about you was buried so deep.. it took me years to find you in that orphanage, even after that... the family you were living with?" he says looking at me closely as if trying to solve a puzzle, "everything about you had vanished from the systems, no trail to reach you and that's not the normal procedure, so whoever did it, they knew what they were doing." He says with a sigh.
The door opens as Andrei strolls inside before stopping dead in his tracks, his eyes laser focused on Ace's father, his jaw clenches as he redirects his gaze to my naked body.

"How did you get inside?" he growls coming closer before he throws his suit jacket at me, I don't know why he did that and I have no doubt he would take that away from me anytime too but I leap and wrap it around myself to avoid the stare of these men at my body. it's not much, but it gives me some power.
Cold grey eyes snap at the crystal green eyes of my tormentor before a smile etches on his face, "Ahh the better question should be why are you dodging my calls?"
"I thought it might have been clear that I didn't wish to speak." He snarls with contained rage.
Mirth fills his eyes as his sparkling grey eyes turn to me, "Ahh Little Terror has bewitched you too I see." 
"Let' talk outside." Andrei growls.
"Don't forget who gave you and your scum brothers all the power and resources." He says in a chilled voice to Andrei's retreating back, he freezes before looking back at him.
"I don't have time for you or my little pet today, in about two days' time, there'll be an auction for Katherine in New Jersey, make sure she is safely transported there without fail." He commands with a blank face and a cold voice.
"Auction?" I breathe just before Andrei lunges for Ace's father, quicker than I can blink Andrei has a gun aimed at his skull while his hands fist the man's shirt breathing heavily.
"She is supposed to die from my hands with your son, that was the deal." Andrei growls unfazed, rage burning his face and eyes. I watch the scene with a numb heart and my arms hugging me tightly.
"You thought that, not my fault, now I advise you to put your hands away before I shoot them off your body." He says unfazed.
Slowly Andrei releases him as his gaze burns mine before swinging back to the grey orbs.
"My son won't die, only his feelings would." He says directing the last words to me. A shiver runs down my body from all the information he spewed. My brain is a mixture of nothing and everything and in no time Ace's father turns towards the door and go out, leaving me in the clutches of a monster.
"You're being sold in two days." Andrei says, his voice echoing the room.
My eyes meet his dark ones as he too goes out of the door slamming it shut behind him.
I rock my body as tears stream down my face yet again. My body feels cold yet my insides feeling like molten lava.
I just wish... just wish.. I could go away from it all.
And the final part of the mystery is out I guess... Ace's father has a vendetta, we knew it from long back, but to get a little's girl's parents killed while aiming for her? I hope he rots in hell... I wonder who this mystery person is who wiped all this data for Katherine.
